Delivery and payment

We value your time and strive to make the ordering process as convenient as possible. Here are our terms of delivery and payment:

Delivery

• Orders paid before 15:00 (Saturday - before 14:00) will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
• Sunday is a day off, so we do not ship orders.
• We cooperate with reliable delivery services to ensure that your purchases arrive quickly and in excellent condition.

Payment

We offer several payment options so that you can choose the most convenient for you:

1. Payment to the current account of the sole proprietor. Pay for your order directly to our bank account. It's fast, convenient, and safe.
2. Payment upon receipt (with an advance payment of 100 UAH). You can pay for the goods at the delivery service branch after checking the parcel. A 100 UAH prepayment is credited to our sole proprietorship account as a confirmation of the order.
3. Payment through the WayForPay payment system. Use convenient modern payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank cards

Product Reservation

    After placing an order, the products in your order are reserved (placed on reservation) for 5 days.

• Order Confirmation

In order for your order to remain valid, it must be confirmed with full payment or a partial prepayment of 100 UAH if you choose cash on delivery (cash on delivery).

• What will happen if you do not confirm the order?

If payment or prepayment is not received within 5 days, the order is canceled and the product is returned to sale.
